Spain: Three Algerians arrested for stabbing, robbing minor in Son Gotleu

Police have detained three 19-year-old Algerian men for allegedly assaulting, stabbing, and robbing a minor of his phone in Palma’s Son Gotleu neighborhood.

The incident occurred around 9:00 p.m. last Monday, when hospital staff alerted police after the injured minor was admitted with stab wounds requiring stitches.

According to the victim, he encountered three men on a street in Son Gotleu, who confronted him and demanded his phone. When he refused, the attackers immobilized him, punched him in the face, and stabbed him twice in the leg.

Upon investigation, authorities identified the suspects as three young men of Algerian origin, two of whom have extensive police records primarily for crimes committed this year. They have been charged with violent robbery.
