Poland: PiS party pulls ahead of Tusk’s globalist KO, eyes majority with Confederation

A new poll suggests Law and Justice (PiS) could join forces with Confederation to take control of Poland’s parliament.

In a surprising twist, Jarosław Kaczyński’s PiS has overtaken Prime Minister Donald Tusk’s Civic Coalition (KO) by two points.

The survey, conducted by the Pollster Research Institute for Super Express, shows PiS leading with 34.3% of the vote—a 3-point jump from October. KO trails with 32.3%, while Confederation secures third place at 13.5%.

Meanwhile, support for other parties lags behind. The Third Way coalition, formed by the Polish People’s Party (PSL) and Poland 2050, garnered just 7.6%. The Left barely clears the electoral threshold with 5.8%, and the Razem Party trails at 1.5%.

“There is a certain majority of seats for PiS and Confederation,” political analyst Marcin Palade told Super Express. If these numbers hold, PiS and Confederation could emerge as the ruling coalition.
