Helicopter crashes in Sweden with two people on board

A helicopter crashed in southern Sweden on Monday morning, with both individuals on board surviving the incident.

The crash occurred around 11 a.m. local time at an airfield near the town of Enköping, northwest of Stockholm. The private helicopter began spinning shortly after takeoff and then crashed.

The pilot and passenger survived, remained conscious, and were taken to a hospital for further medical care. Emergency services and police have cordoned off the crash site for investigative purposes.

The cause of the crash is not yet known.
