Three people, including two men, have filed new accusations against American rapper Sean Combs, better known as Diddy, for sexual assault, according to ABC News.
The channel reports that one of the plaintiffs claims that in 2022, at the age of 39, he attended a party thrown by Combs, where he allegedly became a victim of sexual assault. Another plaintiff says that in the late 1990s or early 2000s, while working as an actor, he was lured to New York with the promise of a role in a music video, where he was sexually assaulted.
Court documents reveal that both men, after attending Combs parties, consumed alcohol, lost consciousness and were allegedly subjected to sexual acts. In addition, another woman has filed a lawsuit, claiming that in 2004, during a party, Combs raped her while she was unconscious at the age of 17.
Diddy is accused of rape, sexual harassment, assault, battery and unlawful imprisonment. The crimes are alleged to have occurred between 2000 and 2022 at parties organized by the rapper in New York, Los Angeles and Las Vegas.
