A shocking crime unfolded in Bavaria earlier this week. On Sunday night, a 25-year-old man, a German citizen born in the Dominican Republic, allegedly attacked a 19-year-old woman near the Hallbergmoos S-Bahn station, located in the Freising district, near Munich.
Reports say the horrifying ordeal lasted about three hours, taking place in a bush.
Around 2 a.m., the young woman stepped off the train when the man followed her and violently assaulted her. He dragged her into the bushes, where he held her captive for hours. It wasn’t until 5:30 a.m. that a passerby heard her desperate cries for help. At that point, the attacker fled, but witnesses immediately gave chase. The police quickly apprehended the suspect shortly thereafter.
The alleged perpetrator is a German national, although he was born in the Dominican Republic.
