Three Ukrainians detained in Germany on suspicion of preparing terrorist attacks

Three Ukrainian nationals have been arrested in Germany on suspicion of planning terrorist attacks and acts of sabotage within the country.

According to German investigative authorities, the detained individuals were tasked with carrying out violent acts in Germany. This information was reported by Bild, citing sources within law enforcement.

Investigators report that the suspects were planning to send packages containing thermite—a substance that can ignite or explode during transport, posing a serious security threat. It is believed that these packages were intended to target critical infrastructure or important facilities in Germany.

German security services have expressed serious concerns about the possible presence of similar agents in the country, claiming that there may be hundreds of them. According to sources, these agents may be recruited in such a way that they are unaware of who the actual masterminds behind their actions are. This complicates efforts to combat potential threats, as recruited individuals may be used without realizing their role in a broader network of sabotage operations.

The German authorities are taking measures to investigate and neutralize such threats, as well as increasing security measures at various sites that could become targets for such activities.
