Marcus Fakan was arrested while on a family vacation after the mother of a 17-year-old girl he was involved with reported him to the police.
According to Marcus, they had a great time together in August of this year and planned to continue their relationship in London. The girl has already returned to the UK, while he remained in Dubai when her parents reported the matter to UAE authorities.
In the police station, he was informed that a complaint had been lodged by the girl’s mother, who had read her daughter’s messages. Currently, Marcus’s family is spending about two thousand pounds a month on legal fees. The young man himself hopes that this “nightmare” will finally come to an end.
