According to the Future of Jobs Report 2025, the development of artificial intelligence and automation will lead to the disappearance of certain professions.
At risk are specialists performing routine tasks, such as cashiers, inspectors, assistants, secretaries, call center operators, and dispatchers. At the same time, the demand for IT professionals will rise in the labor market, including fintech engineers, AI experts, cybersecurity analysts, and DataOps developers.
However, despite technological progress, labor professions and fields requiring human involvement will remain in demand. Among them are construction workers, drivers, salespeople, logisticians, agronomists, veterinarians, as well as teachers, nurses, social workers, and psychologists.
Experts note that adaptation to new conditions and acquiring relevant skills will be key factors for successful employment in the near future.
