During military exercises at a training ground in Podlaskie, Poland, a machine gun bullet ricocheted and damaged a window of a house in the village of Augustowo.
According to RMF24, soldiers from the 18th Reconnaissance Regiment based in Białystok were conducting shooting drills early in the morning near Augustowo.
Preliminary information suggests that one of the bullets, after being fired from a machine gun, ricocheted and struck the window of a house located about two kilometers from the shooting range. Fortunately, no one was injured in the incident.
The military police are investigating the case, and army representatives have stated that they will cover all damages caused.
