In the lead-up to the Czech Republic’s parliamentary elections scheduled for October 3–4, 2025, the populist ANO party, led by former Prime Minister Andrej Babiš, continues to top voter preference polls, though its support has slightly declined.
According to a new survey commissioned by CNN Prima News and cited by Novinky, ANO would currently receive 30.1% of the vote—a drop of 1.5 percentage points compared to the previous week.
The center-right “Together” (Spolu) coalition, led by current Prime Minister Petr Fiala, trails with 22.3%. Support for the Social Democrats has climbed to 13.1%, while STAN registers 10.8%, the Pirate Party 6.2%, and the left-wing “Enough!” (Stačilo!) party 5.5%. All other political groups fall below the electoral threshold.
In last year’s European Parliament elections, ANO also came out on top with over 26% of the vote, and the party has continued to gain momentum in local elections since then.
